Service
A resource for distributor and customers alike, the Service Dept. was established to offer the following:
- Warranty Repairs - repairs carried out at no charge to customer or distributor customer
- Non Warranty Repairs - service includes fault investigation, testing and repairs on all Magstim products where warranty has expired
- Maintenance Contracts - these contracts offer extensions to standard warranty periods. For details and specific needs please contact Service Manager (contact details below)
- Service Training - Magstim offer all product distributors a varying range of service training in line with their specific needs.
- Spare Parts Programme - to ensure that equipment is repaired with the maximum efficiency, spares packages are available for all Magstim products. These packages are made available to service trained distributors to encourage them to hold an inventory of all necessary spare parts
To demonstrate our commitment to providing support to our customers it is our policy that all products returned both for warranty and non warranty reasons will be assessed by our service department within 24 hours of reciept. Within these periods customers will be advised of the time it will take to effect necessary repairs. Every effort will be made to secure a rapid turnaround.
